CocoCoffee Eight Layers Cake – Mini ($33)
Apart from its beautiful decoration that resembles an artistic sculpture, this cococoffee cake is my favourite as you can clearly see the layers of coffee buttercream, chocolate crunchy base, chocolate dacquoise and nougatine tuile. The sweetness is just about right.

Salute to Rocher – Mini ($36)
This cake, packaged in a golden-foil wrapper, apparently looks the same as Ferrero Rocher. The chocolate coating is surprisingly thin and crunchy. On the inside, the vanilla mousse coupled with smooth hazelnut paste is akin to foam which melts instantly in my mouth. I would be kidding if I say I do not feel like tasting a real Ferrero Rocher. It is truly a master-class tribute to the greatest chocolate product of all-time.

This is definitely a must-try item if you are a big fan of matcha. The soft and moist matcha roll is topped with tropical fruits, which makes it a perfect dessert for summer time.
