Came here a while ago with my friend, had a body scrub (vichy shower)and massage.

Firstly, i had a body scrub inside an oval vichy shower. The body scrub smelled incredibly nice with a honey flavored. After applying the body scrub, i was lying down inside the oval shower (sticking your head out) to rinse away the scrub.

After that, i was told that i can have a drink (ginger tea or juice) in their small relaxing corner. Then i went upstair for my swedish body massage when the therapist was ready. Although the therapist was friendly who seems to care about your health being. But me and my friend dont think they were that skilled. We expect more from here than other cheaper, smaller companies. So we decided we will not come back again- at least not in causeway bay store.

At last, we were asked to fill in a comment form as in how they perform. Of course my rating was low according to my experiences and the receptionist asked me to put why in detail so they can improve. Anyway, we were stuck there for more than 15 minutes because they kept selling us packages for massages and facial or even manicures packages.We definitely think it doesnt worth our money to come here for these services and it was so annoying that the receptionist kept selling us packages even we dont want and told us we can share it. No thanks!
