Our mission at CrossFit Cavaliers is to transform lives through the medium of fitness and nutrition. We want to be your platform for lifelong fitness and personal well-being through accessible, expert coaching in a diverse, welcoming community that empowers you to reach beyond your expectations.Our conveniently located ground floor facility has approximately 2,000 sq/ft of training space. The facility is split into 2 main rooms. The back room is primarily dedicated to CrossFit training and metabolic conditioning and the front room is dedicated to personal training and strength and power development. Our high ceilings allow for competition standard rope climbs, wall balls and aerial arts.
