The two stainless steel plates in the machine extracts juices from organic fruits and vegetables by applying tremendous pressure. Since this process does not involve blending, this ensures nutrients are not exposed to heat and oxygen which results in a high quality juice with sensational flavour and a longer shelf-life.Superfood smoothiesSmoothies consisting of the entire fruit or vegetable blended together are easy to include for a healthy lifestyle. By combining with superfoods, these drinks contain ingredients with some of the highest concentrations of nutrients to the gram.Raw foodRaw foods are vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds and sea vegetables in their natural state. They have not been affected by extreme temperatures because once heated at 46°C onwards, enzyme activity and nutrient level begin to diminish.
