法式可麗薄餅 [食譜] ~ Crêpe [Recipe]

麵糊材料:
(3 – 4)
Ingredients  for crêpes batter:
( 3 – 4  crêpes)
麵粉
40g
Plain Flour
40g
牛油
1湯匙
Butter
1 tbsp
牛奶
100 ml
Milk
100 ml
雞蛋
1
Egg
1
1湯匙
Sugar
1 tbsp







做法:
Directions:
1.    先將所有材料一同混合。
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and the eggs. 
Gradually add in the milk and butter, stirring to combine.


2.    以中火熱平底鑊 (不用放油,因材料已有足夠油分。在鑊中間倒一湯勺麵糊輕輕轉動至圓形

Heat a frying pan over medium high heat. Pour the batter onto the griddle, 
t
ilt the pan with a circular motion so that the batter coats the surface evenly.


3.   煎至金黃色反轉餅皮煎另一面,即成。
Cook the crepe until the bottom is light brown.
Turn and cook the other side. Serve hot.

當中一款變化就是千層
Mille Feuille Crêpes Cake
做法好簡單, 將一塊煎好的crêpe放在碟上,
塗上一層涵料(e.g. 忌廉 / Nutella / Chocolate / 生果肉...),
再鋪上一塊crepe皮。不斷重複以上步驟...
To build the cake, start with a crêpe, 
spread a thin layer of creme, Nutella,  chocolate, slices of fruits, or any other toppings you want over the crêpe
and repeat until you've achieved the cake tower!



Crêpe 大小不一不要緊分別放最大的兩片crêpe 在底和面便可


建議放在冰箱裡讓餡料定位
,以便切割
Rest in the fridge until chilled and fillings hardens up before cutting
