今日已經係年廿八~大家執好咗間屋未呢?!黃師奶間屋呢~well!~~~不嬲都咁乾淨~執唔執都咁上下架喇~呵呵呵~~今日出返個芋蝦先~阿黃先生食咗頭一日~話喉嚨痛喎…真係激鬼死~~
~嗱~其實整芋蝦一D都唔難~不過係煩囉~~~將D芋頭刨咗絲~加少少鹽~糯米粉同埋沾米粉拌勻就得架喇~!~黃師奶為咗加少少香味~~仲落咗五香粉同埋少少紹酒TIM!~炸嗰時用打邊爐嗰喱裝住~咁就個個芋蝦都好靚仔囉~!
材料:芋頭550G, 沾米粉約1.5個湯匙 , 糯米粉約1.5個湯匙 , 鹽及五香粉少少 , 紹酒一茶匙
STEP 1
芋頭洗刨去皮刨絲~
STEP 2
芋頭絲加埋其他材料拌勻
STEP 3
燒熱油後轉細火~炸至金黃盛起隔去油份即成~!
