As a teacher, had enough about the red rainstorm signal, buzzing around parents and kids.
To relieve my stress, have to go somewhere nice to eat with my colleagues after work.
Walking down Mong Kok, one must notice the bright neon sign written "Lab 66", therefore we decided to give it a try!

The whole restaurant gives you a laboratory feeling as the name of the resturant suggested. With exposed water pipes and uncovered light bulbs on the walls and ceilings, feel very raw and simple yet stylish.

Looking at the one page menu on a wooden board, it's just normal, but when you flip it over, you can find all the photos of food items, which look very tempting and attractive, giving you an idea about what the food looks like.



Papaya and waterloo bamboo salad with grilled pork $88
When the staff served this salad, she said "wait 5 minutes for the smoky flavour to infuse into the salad". The salad comes in a glass jar, looking very smoky. We listened and opened 5 minutes later. The whole salad is quite special with the smoky wood flavour. Papaya and bamboo are fresh and crispy though I prefer the pork to be cooked.

Buffalo Wings $68
Always love this kind of single boned wings, very convenienet to eat and the flavour goes all the way in. Ususally it is served with blue cheese, but it comes with cream cheese lol. The wings are a little bit hot with sour and sweet flavour, yum!

Cuttlefish rolls $88
I am not sure if the restaurant made these themselves, but look very alike of what we could have brought from some Japanese supermarkets. The black one tastes definitely better than the white ones, with more "inky" taste.



Signature Stone Pot Rice $128
Caution! Extremely Hot!I love it! When I first tasted it, I found it very similar but could not tell what it is. After my friend mentioned, yes, it tastes exactly like a pizza in a rice form, which is very funny! I like how restaurant messes you taste buds with your vision! The rice is full of cheese, with minced beef, peppers etc just like all the ingredients you can find on a pizza!.



I chose the Green drink $38 while my friend ordered the Dark Chocco $68
The green drink is a fruit juice with apple, lemon, cucumber etc, tastes very refreshing especially for all the food we had! I would definitely recommend this!
Dark chocco looks extremely devilish

Cost around $250 per head for dinner and drinks, not so bad.
